Open Notepad Online Pro
Go to notepadonlinepro.com in any browser. No account, no download needed. The notepad opens immediately and your notes are preserved from previous sessions.
Write or Paste Your Text
Type your note, essay, email draft, or any writing directly in the editor. Or paste text from elsewhere. The rich text editor supports bold, italic, headings, and lists — your formatting is preserved while grammar checking.
Open the Grammar Panel (Tools → Grammar Check)
Click Tools in the menu bar, then click Grammar Check. The grammar panel slides open on the right side of the editor. Click the refresh (↻) button in the panel to run the grammar analysis on your full note.
Review Issues and Fix Your Writing
The panel shows each issue with its context and a suggestion. Grammar errors appear under the Grammar tab; style suggestions appear under Recommendations. Fix issues manually in the editor, then re-run the check. Click × next to any issue to dismiss it if you intentionally wrote it that way.
