Go to notepadonlinepro.com. Write a new note or select an existing one from the sidebar. Your notes are already saved locally in your browser — no extra steps needed.
Click the Share Button
Click the green Share button in the top menu bar. A Share dialog opens showing the options for your current note.
Generate Your Shareable Link
Click "Generate Share Link". A unique read-only URL is created in seconds. This is the first time this specific note is saved to our database — your other notes remain local only.
Copy and Send to Anyone
Click Copy to copy the link. Paste it anywhere — WhatsApp, email, Slack, Notion, iMessage. The recipient opens the link in their browser and sees your note instantly.
