Go to notepadonlinepro.com. Write a new note or select an existing one from the sidebar. Your notes are already saved locally in your browser — no extra steps needed.
Sign In with a Free Account
Click Sign In (top right). If you don't have an account yet, click Sign Up — it's free and takes under a minute. An account is required to generate share links so you can manage them later.
Click Share and Generate Your Link
Click the Share button in the top menu bar. In the dialog, click "Generate Share Link". A unique read-only URL is created in seconds. This is the first time this specific note is saved to our database — your other notes remain local only.
Copy and Send to Anyone
Click Copy to copy the link. Paste it anywhere — WhatsApp, email, Slack, Notion, iMessage. The recipient opens the link in their browser and sees your note instantly — no account needed on their end.
